Ms. Goens focuses her legal practice on estate planning, probate and trust administration, and estate and trust controversy litigation. She represents individuals in the creation of various estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, and health care and financial powers of attorney. In the event of death or incapacity, Ms. Goens assists her clients with probate and trust administration and, when necessary, litigation of probate, trust, or fiduciary related disputes.
Before starting Christianson Goens PLC , Ms. Goens worked as a trusts and estates attorney and a commercial litigation attorney at boutique Scottsdale law firms. She earned her law degree with a Taxation Concentration at the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, and her bachelor’s degree at Arizona State University.
Ms. Goens is a Board Member and Secretary of the Maricopa County Bar Association, Probate and Trust Section, and a member of the Central Arizona Estate Planning Counsel. She is also a member of the Arizona State Bar and admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the District Court of Arizona.
